I have lived in the Seattle area for seventeen years and in the City of Kirkland for thirteen. I have sold many homes in the city and just as many in rural areas. I have several years experience in estate/equestrian properties, a very specialized transaction, but my love is in selling contemporary/modern homes and condos.
